This fall Winona State University welcomed students from around the world- from Albania to Vietnam! During the New International Orientation, new students had an opportunity to learn about our campus and community, hiked the bluffs that surround Winona, and enjoyed picnics along the Mississippi and Lake Winona.
Fall will be a busy and exciting time for all here; the College of Business is busy with events and programs designed to prepare students to be tomorrow's business leaders. WSU College of Business offers Bachelor of Science Majors and Minors and is accredited by AACSB.
Winona State University has created the first undergraduate program in Data Science in the upper Midwest. This is an interdisciplinary program which offers a modern and dynamic curriculum designed by nationally recognized faculty dedicated to the success of students! Students will develop knowledge from statistics, computer science, and a domain-specific application area program!
WSU offers more than 80 undergraduate, pre-professional, licensure, graduate and doctorate programs in the colleges of Business, Education, Liberal Arts, Nursing and Health Sciences and Science and Engineering. We also have an English Language Center for students who may need additional English training before they can be admitted to WSU.
All admitted international students are eligible to receive the Cross-Cultural Scholarship which enables them to pay in-state tuition. First-year applicants with demonstrated academic success in high school and standardized test results are offered The Presidential Honor Scholarship .
