On the evening of Thursday, May 3, 2018, Taipei American School will host Bowdoin College, Haverford College, and Vassar College for an evening program starting at 6:30pm. Informally titled “The Value of the Liberal Arts,” the evening will entail several components. First, the evening will begin with a workshop on the college essay before the presenters will move on to a discussion of liberal arts institutions. Subsequently, they will move into brief presentations about each of their schools before concluding with a mini-college fair where students and parents can ask questions. The event is open to the public. That said, advanced registration is required. Follow this link to register.
Anyone interested in learning more about the college essay, liberal arts schools, or these three specific institutions should plan on being in attendance!
