Temple surges to Highest-Ever U.S. News Ranking
Temple University has surged six spots to achieve its highest-ever ranking in U.S. News & World Report's Best Colleges, another sign of its unprecedented momentum. In the past five annual editions of these influential rankings, Temple has climbed 17 places. This continued momentum means incoming Temple students could be graduating from a top-100 university in just a few short years. Read more.

Temple hosts a special International Student Orientation to acclimate students to the university and help them meet friends.
Orientation included airport pickup; academic advising; settling students into their new homes; shopping trips; and recreational trips to Washington D.C., Ocean City and Promised Land State Park.

Convocation at Temple University is a tradition that occurs annually at the end of Welcome Week. This formal ceremony celebrates the arrival of the new class of undergraduate students, freshmen and transfers.
