The Summer Humanities Institute is now accepting applications for two summer sessions. Rising high school juniors and seniors with a deep interest in the humanities come together for three weeks on Stanford's beautiful campus to research and analyze questions that lie at the heart of the humanities. Students will engage in group discussions, attend daily classes with Stanford faculty, and make time to explore the Bay Area together.

The deadline to apply is March 19, and admission is need-blind. Financial aid is available and is need-based. To learn more about the admission process, please click here!

If you are unclear about the far-reaching value of pursuing a major in the humanities, please watch an impressive panel discussion involving the Deans of Stanford Graduate Schools in Business, Medicine, Education and Law.
