Changes to Emory University Scholars

Post date: Oct 9, 2013 9:28:31 AM

We are delighted to share that we have made some changes to our top merit-aid scholarship process. This academic year we are encouraging your most compelling students to nominate themselves to be considered for the Emory University Scholars Program. In previous years, the University has requested counselors from around the world to nominate their top students for the competitive merit-aid scholarships at Emory College, Oxford College, and the Goizueta Business School. This year you will have the opportunity to continue to nominate your top students if you wish (not required), but now students themselves will also have the ability to self-nominate.

The Emory University Scholars Program continues to be a highly selective program that not only recognizes and provides financial assistance to exceptional students with a history of academic excellence and outstanding extracurricular engagement, but also challenges those students to utilize their talents to impact Emory University, Atlanta, and the world. For further information regarding the Emory University Scholars Program please visit our updated website for counselors or contact Associate Dean of Admission, Giselle F. Martin at giselle.martin@emory.edu.
