We post information about college fairs, summer programs, scholarship opportunities, information sessions, and other news and events related to university admissions here regularly.
We've told you that Skidmore's Pre-College Program will give you a head start on college, with you in the driver's seat living and learning with other exceptional high school students from across the country and around the world.
But what do our Pre-College "grads"—now thriving in college—have to say about their five weeks at Skidmore? What were their fears and challenges? Highlights and successes? And what did the experience mean for them and their lives? Hear directly from David, Jasmin, Mary, and Josh below, and a number of other "grads" here.
If their personal stories resonate with you, we encourage you to explore more about Pre-College and to apply. This summer's program goes from July 1 through August 5. Applications are currently being accepted through May 15.
Students are invited to learn more about short-term academic opportunities at some of the United States' top schools! Besides, the representatives of University of Southern California and New York University Tandon School of Engineering will also attend this event to introduce their degree programs.

Hi Creative Thinker,
Are you interested in studying at one of the top art and design schools in the United States?
Each summer, California College of the Arts hosts a Summer Design Program for international high school students who want to build up their portfolios, develop their studio skills, or just experience what it’s like to be a student at CCA. Our two-week program blends hands-on studio time, guided critiques to help practice and improve your design language, and immersion in the San Francisco Bay Area’s innovative and diverse culture (including sightseeing trips to Alcatraz and more).
Summer Design Program students will stay at CCA’s new Panoramic Residences in the heart of San Francisco’s SoMa district. You’ll meet other students who share your interestswhile you work closely with CCA’s faculty to create and document several pieces that can be included in your college admissions portfolio.

We offer North American standard credit courses at National Taipei University of Technology (all WES certified). Our target students are those currently in 10-12 grade and interested in studying in US or Canada for university/college. The 5-week program aims to help them get familiar with North American college classroom, which indicates full English learning environment and faculty from America.
One thing worthy noticing is that we're not summer camp. The focus of our program lies in prerequisite courses, like the general or elective courses in freshman and sophomore year, ranging Business/ Economy/ Art/ History/ Chemistry/ Biology etc. Students are here to really acquire knowledge, not 50% learning and 50% playing.
Students will receive Certificate of Completion after the program is over. This year it's July 10th to August 11th. After they enter college, they can apply for transferring the credits taken here to home university. It's a worthy deal for students to complete general credits faster, spend time on double major, or graduate early.
Students can choose from three intensive one-week residential certificate programs focused on engineering, STEM, and Leadership. The one week programs provide students the opportunity to study and live at one of the premier public research universities in the United States.
